First of all I have enjoyed this game so far. I have played the single flight mode, not campaign, numerous times. I found the game difficult to play with the keyboard at first but it got easier as time went on.
I enjoyed playing the game the most in the time compression mode. It gave the sensation of actually flying at mach 1 or so even though your airspeed does not even exceed the sound barrier - therefore doubling the time gave it that sense.
Another good feature I enjoyed was the cool way you could control your third person view to track your enemies. I have played many modern flight combat games that visually lock on to the target and allow you to visually follow them simply by toggling that switch on and off, however the style used in F-16 fighting falcon was unique and gave the game its own depth that really enhanced the gameplay. The game seems to functions pretty smoothly.
All in all I have enjoyed this game.
